Vice President - Insurance Operations

Reporting To: SVP - Insurance Operations

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a senior leader to head Insurance Operations for the London Market (Lloyd's).

- This role will drive end-to-end delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence across specialized insurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership

Lead operations across:

- IBA Accounting

- Onboarding

- Risk Processing

- Claims Operations

- Own SLAs, KPIs, quality, and turnaround time

- Act as escalation point for operational and client issues

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with London Market / UK clients

- Lead governance calls, performance reviews, and strategic discussions

- Identify opportunities for account growth and efficiency

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure adherence to Lloyd's / London Market practices and regulations

- Drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization

- Maintain high accuracy and compliance standards

People Leadership:

Manage distributed teams:

- Delhi NCR (~70 FTEs)

- Pune (~40 FTEs)

- Build leadership pipeline and drive team performance

- Ensure strong engagement and retention

Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance

- Proactively mitigate operational risks

Key Requirements:

- 18-25 years of experience in insurance operations

- Strong experience in Delivery Leadership roles

- Extensive exposure to London Market / Lloyd's of London

Expertise in:

- IBA Accounting

- Risk & Claims Processing

- Proven experience managing large teams and global clients
