Key Responsibilities: - Cloud Infrastructure: Lead architecture, operations, and cost optimization across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud. - Global Network: Oversee a resilient network supporting thousands of remote users and multiple offices across India, the US, and the Philippines. - End-User Computing & VDI- : Manage enterprise device strategy and Intune-based VDI environments, ensuring seamless access to SaaS applications (MS365, Hubspot, etc.). - Identity & Access Management (IAM/SSO): Govern enterprise access, SSO integrations, and security-aligned identity policies. - Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with global technology and service providers. - Helpdesk & ITSM: Direct hybrid outsourced/internal service desk operations, ensuring high-quality end-user support. - Reliability Engineering: Guide infrastructure support for internally developed applications, integrating with DevOps practices. - Strategic & Technical Oversight: Define IT infrastructure strategy and provide hands-on technical guidance where needed. - People Leadership: Hire, lead, and develop high-performing remote IT teams across multiple geographies. - Financial Stewardship: Manage and monitor IT budgets, with emphasis on cloud vendor spend and resource optimization.
