Vice President - Identity Governance & Administration

Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer Lead

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer Lead to join a high-performing technology team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling an enterprise-wide IGA platform to effectively manage identities, access, and governance across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Domain Expertise:

- Implement and manage IGA solutions using Saviynt

- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts

- Integrate identity services with enterprise applications

- Design and implement workflows, including complex approval processes

- Configure and manage role-based access control (RBAC)

- Coordinate workflow integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Integration & Development:

- Design and implement integrations between identity platforms and enterprise systems (on-prem & SaaS)

- Develop and maintain scalable integration frameworks

- Build and optimize access request and approval workflows

- Configure roles, entitlements, and access policies

Business Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather IGA requirements

- Define use cases and process flows

Analyze:

- Identity entitlements

- Role models

- Segregation of Duties (SoD)

- Privileged access

Project & Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate onboarding and integration risks

- Track project timelines and integration progress

- Coordinate across cross-functional teams

- Provide reporting on onboarding and platform adoption

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with leadership on solution design and enhancements

- Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

- Provide regular status updates to management

Technical Skills:

Identity & Access Management:

- Strong expertise in IGA concepts and Saviynt platform

- Relevant Saviynt certifications (L100, L200 preferred)

- Knowledge of security frameworks and access control models

Development & Tools:

- Experience with enterprise integrations

- API development (REST, JSON-RPC)

- Version control tools (Git)

- Project tools (JIRA, Confluence)

- Testing & QA methodologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

- Masters degree preferred

- 8+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong focus on Saviynt
