Role Overview:

This IAM MFA role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a strong focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). The role involves collaborating with various technology teams, business units, and security stakeholders to ensure the secure and efficient access to critical systems and data. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's security posture and compliance with industry regulations, directly impacting the protection of sensitive information and the overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies and roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and security best practices.

- Design and deploy MFA solutions across various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experience and enhanced security.

- Manage and maintain existing IAM infrastructure, including user provisioning, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate potential risks.

- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate IAM controls into new and existing applications.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and configurations.

- Provide expert guidance and support to other teams on IAM related matters.

- Monitor and analyze IAM logs and reports to identify and respond to security incidents.

- Stay abreast of the latest IAM trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the organization's IAM program.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing IAM solutions, including MFA, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

- Proven ability to work with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
