Job Responsibility: Has overall accountability and responsibility for leading strategic and operational HR partnering for the business, develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments and serve as a partner/trusted advisor for the business by identifying the HR imperatives and drive implementation of initiatives through the HO, Hub, Branch business partners; work closely with the senior management team, the scope of the position includes providing sound and timely advice on resourcing needs, compliance and employment legislation as required; lead employee engagement. Business Partnering/Support: - Support HR Director in leading the development and execution of the Human Resources strategic plan and shorter term plans and initiatives to support the business strategies and promote a unified company culture. - Collaborate, monitor and review with HR Center of Excellence teams to align focus based on business priorities - Provide inputs/guidance on any HR policy changes required for the business - Manage the common processes and day-to-day operations of Human Resources, including both corporate Human Resources functions and deployed Human Resources support for the businesses, hubs & branches. - Work with HR Director and executive leadership to develop effective internal communications (between and among management and employees) to promote morale and achieve company-wide goals. - Works with managers to identify human resources issues/problems and provides leadership and leads in providing/implementing solutions. Project Management, Improvement & Reporting: - Support and drive multiple HR project initiatives, resourcing plans including HR budgets and driving project delivery to assure that the business goals and objectives are met - Manage EDAP (Employee Disciplinary Action Process) - the process of investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues / Workplace Harassment, violation of ethical norms. Monitor compliance with policies; Manage critical incidents; Handle grievances; Track and report issues and actions taken. Provide coaching and counselling in order to build a motivated team; and ensure smooth and cordial relations - Reporting - Ensure accurate and up-to-date country and market data are reported and provided as and when required for management decision-making and HR policy formation - Policies - Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the various operating sites of the India Cluster organization. Act as the local champion of business ethics and safety in the local organization and ensure that all HR policies and programs are executed in compliance with local labour laws and Company's principles. Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition: - Overall responsibility for employee engagement in corporate functions; design and execute employee engagement plan for various functions depending upon their unique engagement needs; ensure retention - Implement reward and recognition schemes, communicate new schemes as appropriate with relevant guidelines in order to ensure that talent is appropriately recognized, motivated and developed - Engage, motivate and retain employees and in particular the key talents through effective communications, organizational development and retention programs. HR Processes Management: - Manage staffing requirements for Corporate/FM/ESS HR business partner organization in line with approved structures - Employee Induction - Create and Lead an improved new employee on-boarding experience. - Internal Transfers - Create and lead an improved employee experience with adherence to process and policies. - Full & Final settlements - Revamp, create and lead an improved Exit process.
