About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our leadership team as Vice President Human Resources. This role will be instrumental in building a strong people function, driving culture, and enabling scale as we grow rapidly post-Series B. The VP HR will partner closely with the founders and leadership team to design and execute people strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
People Strategy & Leadership
- Build and own the long-term HR strategy in alignment with the companys growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organization design, culture, and talent strategy.
- Scale HR processes and systems to support 3001000+ employee growth.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Oversee recruitment strategy to attract top talent across functions.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and build a strong hiring pipeline.
- Strengthen employer brand positioning in the startup ecosystem.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Build mechanisms to strengthen communication, collaboration, and belonging.
Performance & Development
- Drive performance management frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Build a strong L&D framework for both leadership and frontline teams.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
- Oversee compensation philosophy, benchmarking, and equity programs.
- Ensure HR policies, compliance, and practices are robust and scalable.
- Drive people analytics and HR tech adoption for data-backed decision-making.
Organization Design & Change Management
- Partner with founders on organization structure for scale and efficiency.
- Lead change management initiatives as the company expands into new markets and categories.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in scaling HR functions in fast-growth startups or dynamic organizations.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, culture building, org design, and leadership development.
- Experience working with founders and leadership teams to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Deep understanding of compensation, ESOPs, HR tech, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with agility to thrive in ambiguity and a high-growth environment.
