Job Title: Vice President - Human Resources

Work Locations: Shamirpet & Cherlapally - Hyderabad
Role Overview:
The Vice President - Human Resources will lead the organization's entire HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires a seasoned HR leader who can strengthen HR systems, build a high-performance culture, improve employee experience, and support the company's growth through robust talent and organizational strategies. The role manages a team of 15 HR professionals across HR operations, talent acquisition, L&D, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and the long-term vision of the MD & Chairman.
- Lead a diverse HR team and ensure process excellence, compliance, and capability building across all HR verticals.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Oversee end to end recruitment strategy for blue collar, staff, and leadership roles.
- Ensure timely hiring through a strong pipeline, talent branding, and data-driven recruitment methods.
- Facilitate annual manpower budgeting and workforce optimization for all business units.
3. Learning & Development:
- Build and execute a comprehensive L&D framework covering technical, behavioural, and leadership training.
4. Culture Building & Employee Engagement:
- Strengthen organizational culture through values-based programs and leadership alignment.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and feedback mechanisms (surveys, R&R, etc.).
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Industrial Relations & Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits across all locations.
6. HR Operations & Audits:
- Oversee payroll, HR operations, onboarding, exit processes, HR documentation, and policy governance.
- Lead internal and external HR audits, closure of observations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Build and monitor HR KPIs-attrition, productivity, manpower cost, engagement score, and recruiting efficiency.
- Prepare periodic HR dashboards and strategic inputs for the MD.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-location operations preferred.
- Strong expertise in IR, recruitment, HR automation, and culture building.
