Key Responsibilities: - Lead the HR strategy for India and global operations in alignment with business goals. - Build and mentor a high-impact HR team to support rapid organizational growth. - Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. - Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and US employment regulations. - Partner with cross-functional leadership across geographies to support workforce planning and organizational development. - Implement HR best practices and tech-enabled processes for a distributed, diverse workforce. - Champion culture-building initiatives aligned with company values. Requirements: - Postgraduate degree from a top B-School or reputed management institute (e.g., IIM, XLRI, TISS, ISB). - Minimum 14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role. - Proven experience in managing HR for global product companies with operations in both India and the US. - Strong understanding of Indian and US employment laws and compliance. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
