We are looking for a Vice President - Human Resources to lead our end-to-end HR function and shape the future of work at one of India's fastest-growing digital organizations.

As VP HR, you will:

- Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead all HR verticals - talent acquisition, performance management, engagement, learning, and rewards.

- Build a high-performance, inclusive culture across India and global markets.

- Drive HR digital transformation with AI, analytics, and data-led decision-making.

- Champion learning, capability building, and leadership development for future-ready teams.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience, including 8-10 years in senior HR leadership roles.

- Proven ability to blend strategy with hands-on execution.

- Strong expertise in HR tech, analytics, and AI-enabled HR practices.

- Passion for building a people-first, performance-driven culture.
