About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to head our Human Resources function. This role will drive people strategy, culture, organization development, and talent initiatives aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end to end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Compliance

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Drive leadership hiring, succession planning, and capability building

- Oversee payroll management, compensation and benefits planning

- Strengthen performance culture by implementing robust performance management systems

- Lead employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development initiatives

- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and policy governance

- Partner with senior leadership to drive business growth through people excellence

- Build a strong HR team and mentoring capabilities across the organization

Requirements

- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Strong exposure to BFSI or financial services industry preferred

- Deep understanding of HR strategy, policies, compliance, and organizational dynamics

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to build high performance culture and lead transformation initiatives
