Vice President - Human Resources - Agentic AI Transformation - Conglomerate

This role will drive the integration of AI-enabled systems and human capital strategy.

The role involves leading workforce transformation, capability building, and digital HR initiatives, aligning HR practices with the Group's AI and automation roadmap.

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Formulate and execute HR strategy aligned to the organisation's AI transformation goals.

2. AI and Digital Transformation : Drive implementation of Agentic AI systems across HR functions, talent acquisition, learning, performance, and engagement.

3. Culture and Capability Development : Design and implement programs to build AI literacy and human-machine collaboration across business units.
