Role Summary
The Head Corporate HR will be responsible for driving the overall HR strategy in alignment with business goals. This role will lead all corporate HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, leadership development, and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations short- and long-term business objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead and mentor the corporate HR team across functions.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for leadership and critical roles.
- Build robust succession planning and leadership pipeline frameworks.
- Strengthen employer branding and hiring practices.
Performance Management & Rewards
- Design and manage performance management systems, KRAs, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
- Lead compensation, benefits, incentives, and rewards frameworks ensuring market competitiveness.
- Drive annual increments, bonus cycles, and long-term incentive planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and organizational culture programs.
Learning & Development
- Identify leadership and capability gaps and drive learning & development initiatives.
- Implement leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and processes are well-defined and implemented.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR systems, HRIS, and data analytics.
Change Management & Transformation
- Support business transformation, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
- Drive digital HR initiatives and process automation.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute
- 1520+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 57 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing corporate HR across large or multi-location organizations
