Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop HR strategies, plans, and policies to support organizational objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and career development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages.
- Employee Relations: Handle conflict resolution, employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage HR records, and mitigate legal risks.
- HR Operations: Manage HR budgets, systems (HRIS), payroll, and daily department workflow.
- Leadership: Mentor the HR team, guide managers, and report HR metrics and trends to senior leadership.
