What You'll Do:
- Partner with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build scalable HR systems, tools, and policies for a growing organization.
- Lead recruitment end-to-end - with a sharp focus on quality & speed.
- Strengthen employer branding and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, payroll, and audits.
- Drive performance management, learning, and retention through data-led insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6years of HR experience (preferably from an e-commerce or fast-paced setup).
- Strong talent acquisition and people development skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, analytical & interpersonal skills.
