Vice President - Human Resource (60% recruitment and 40% Operations) Position Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and people-centric Vice President of Human Resources to join our fast-paced IT organization. - This leadership role is primarily focused on driving recruitment strategies, improving employee experience, and ensuring HR operations align with company goals. - The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a thriving work culture, understanding employee needs, and building HR policies that support both growth and well-being.
