Job Description:

Location: Vasai, Mumbai

Department: Human Resources

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR

Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership roles

Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO

Role Purpose:

The Vice President Human Resources will lead HR transformation journey by aligning people strategy with business growth in the electronics manufacturing sector. This role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management Systems (PMS), KRA/KPI-driven appraisal frameworks, employee engagement, and compliance, while driving HR digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Transformation:

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company's growth plans in electronics manufacturing.

- Drive change management and organizational design to support scaling operations.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory norms, and corporate governance.

2. HRMS & Digitalization:

- Lead HR One HRMS, attendance, leave, performance, and learning modules.

- Integrate HRMS with other digital tools for seamless data flow.

- Define and monitor HR analytics dashboards (attrition, productivity, training ROI, etc.).

3. Performance Management (PMS, KRA/KPI):

- Design and institutionalize Performance Management System based on KRA/KPI frameworks.

- Build goal-setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal processes.

- Ensure fairness, transparency, and link performance to rewards, recognition, and career growth.

4. Learning & Development (L&D):

- Develop technical and behavioural training programs tailored to manufacturing and R&D

functions.

- Establish capability-building programs for shopfloor staff, supervisors, engineers, and managers.

- Partner with external institutes to drive leadership and functional competency development.

- Implement Learning Management System (LMS) via HR One for continuous digital learning.

5. Talent Management & Workforce Planning:

- Lead manpower planning and succession planning for critical roles.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract best-in-industry talent.

- Create career progression frameworks to improve retention and reduce attrition.

6. Employee Engagement & Industrial Relations:


- Build a high-performance culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

- Design structured employee engagement, grievance redressal, and reward & recognition frameworks.

- Maintain healthy industrial relations and ensure compliance with union, factory, and labour Laws
