Brief about the Role :
A leader with experience in HRSS Operations &Transformation for India Region (Managing Large Work Force).
Experience :
- HR Shared Services Leader ( Managing Entire Life Cycle from Hire to Retire).
- HR Operations model.
- HR Compliance expertise.
- Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across diverse set of business verticals.
- Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes.
- Employee On boarding life cycle management.
- This role provides subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local HR operation teams to ensure HR Operation service is fit for purpose.
- The role supports the initiatives of the Organisation's business functions.
- Responsible for service delivery support in conjunction with Organisation's ventures and acquisitions transactions globally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for partnering with local HR Operations ( Hire to Retire) and to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR Operation activities and associated tasks such .
- Responsible for oversight of local team compliance with Internal Controls, Information Security Requirements, etc.
- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc.
- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR Operation Activities related to Ventures and Acquisitions.
- Partner with business functions to ensure local systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefit, HR, cross-border assignment, and other functions.
- Support local Background Verification teams with Vendor system changes, upgrades, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating global and local HR OPs Teams.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :
- Min 17+yrs exp Post PG / PGDBM / MBA.
- 10 years+ HRSS Operations experience in a complex global environment( for Hire to Retire)
- Should have handled India HR Ops( in HRSS) - most important.
- Strong understanding of HR Operations.
- Strong Project Management Skills.
- Effective at multi-tasking/adapting to new and changing situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to manage and direct work completed by resources without a direct reporting relationship.
- Effective Relationship Skills, including ability to interact with senior leadership.
- Able to articulate/position complex/critical challenges, issues, etc.
- Strong oral and written English communications skills.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours.
