An opportunity to lead HR operations within a global organisation, driving service excellence, process transformation and a consistent employee experience across regions. This role will suit an experienced HR operations leader who can combine operational rigour with technology-led improvement and effective partnership with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Operations Leadership: Oversee HR operational delivery, ensuring consistency, accuracy, efficiency and a positive employee experience.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Drive key HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, exits and related operational activities.

- Process and Technology Excellence: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls and improve service delivery through HR technology.

- Workforce Support: Coordinate third-party workforce processes, global mobility and immigration-related activities.

- Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with HR business partners, regional teams and global stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve processes.

- Continuous Improvement: Establish consistent procedures, improve operational visibility and support scalable HR service delivery.

Eligibility:

- 12 - 15 years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in relevant HR operations.

- Strong experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management or HR shared services.

- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with both Workday and ServiceNow.

- Experience managing complex HR processes and partnering with regional or global stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving, process improvement and communication skills.

- Familiarity with third-party workforce management, global mobility or immigration processes.

- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
