Strategic HR Partnership:
- Partner with business leadership to design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Drive people analytics and insights to influence decision-making and measure impact of HR initiatives.
Talent Management & Development:
- Lead talent review and succession planning processes across business units.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to build leadership capability and high-potential programs.
- Identify critical skills and ensure capability-building roadmaps are in place.
Performance & Rewards
- Drive the performance management process to ensure alignment of individual goals with business priorities.
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to design competitive reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and inclusion.
- Partner with business leaders to address retention, morale, and productivity challenges through data-backed interventions.
- Ensure a continuous feedback and communication framework between employees and leadership.
Change Management & Organization Development:
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support growth, restructuring, or transformation projects.
- Build manager effectiveness through coaching and capability development.
- Champion the organization's values and culture across business verticals.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure HR practices adhere to internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HR CoEs, Finance, Legal) to ensure seamless HR operations and governance.
