Vice President - HR Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive organisational growth through people strategy
- Build and sustain a high-performance, high-reward culture across leadership and workforce
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and optimal utilisation of talent
- Design and implement lean organisational structures and right-sizing frameworks
- Own People AOP - workforce planning, productivity, cost and capability initiative.
- Ensure strong employee engagement, leadership capability, and people experience
- Lead and scale a high-impact HRBP organisation with strong execution rigour
- Implement best-in-class people practices aligned to business needs
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Must have handled 10,000+ employees in strength
- Must have led HR teams of 50-100 members
Industry Exposure:
- Experience in people-intensive / people-dependent organisations.
Education:
- Master's degree from top-tier institutions
