Role Overview:

As the VP - HR & Facilities for our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, you will serve as the strategic architect of our organizational culture and physical workspace. You will lead the end-to-end human capital agenda while overseeing high-performance facility operations to ensure a seamless employee experience. Working closely with global leadership, regional department heads, and external partners, you will drive initiatives that align our local talent strategy with global business objectives. Your impact will be measured by your ability to scale our workforce, foster a high-engagement work environment, and optimize our physical infrastructure to support the long-term growth and operational excellence of the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top-tier professionals in the competitive Hyderabad market, ensuring the GCC maintains a high-performance culture.

- Lead the full spectrum of HR operations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, to drive organizational productivity and compliance.

- Oversee the end-to-end management of facility operations, including workspace planning, safety protocols, and infrastructure maintenance, to provide a world-class environment for our teams.

- Partner with global stakeholders to translate international business goals into localized HR policies and facility requirements that support regional agility.

- Spearhead organizational development initiatives, including leadership coaching and succession planning, to build a robust internal talent pipeline capable of supporting future business expansion.

- Manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships with a focus on cost optimization and service excellence to maximize the return on our operational investments.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale HR functions and complex facility operations within a GCC or multinational environment, with a proven track record of leading teams through periods of significant growth.

- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence global leadership and communicate complex HR strategies to diverse internal audiences.

- Strong analytical mindset to leverage HR data and facility metrics for informed decision-making, ensuring that both people and infrastructure strategies are data-backed and goal-oriented.

- Proven ability to navigate the nuances of the Hyderabad talent landscape, coupled with a deep understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related management field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in organizational behavior and business strategy.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, demonstrating the flexibility to manage both virtual team engagement and physical office excellence simultaneously.

- 10 - 15 years of professional experience in HR leadership roles, specifically within the GCC or captive center ecosystem.
