Role Overview:

The Vice President / Head of Sales is a top leadership role responsible for defining and executing the companys sales vision across all projects and geographies. This role oversees large sales teams, manages strategic partnerships, and ensures long-term revenue growth and market leadership in the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the overall sales strategy and business growth plans.

- Lead, mentor, and manage large regional/national sales teams, ensuring consistent

performance.

- Establish strategic relationships with top brokers, channel partners, and corporate/institutional clients.

- Oversee pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and inventory management.

- Drive high-value deal closures and maintain relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients.

- Collaborate with leadership on product strategy, marketing campaigns, and market expansion

initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic

decisions.

- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.

- Ensure P&L accountability and long-term sustainability of the sales function.

Skills and Qualifications:


- Graduate/Postgraduate with 18-20+ years of real estate sales experience.

- Strong exposure to premium/luxury residential projects and national/regional sales leadership.

- Proven track record in leading large sales teams, scaling operations, and achieving revenue

targets.

- Excellent strategic, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Strong industry network and reputation among brokers, partners, and clients.
