VP, Operations

- Lead the operations of the company to manage and scale efficiently its manufacturing, supply chain and support functions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the 3 manufacturing facilities as well as build newer plants to cater for growth to take the company capacity from 200 Cr to 1000 Cr

- Build a culture of high process adherence, working efficiently, reducing waste and innovation

- Drive hiring of permanent/temporary workforce, training's and manage attrition

- Manage supply chain, drive improvements to reduce customer delivery timelines, reduce costs and procurement risks

- Identify and create more leaders within the company to lead various functions

- Improve quality standards, hygiene, safety metrics within different functions

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors of Engineering from a good institute

- 12+ yrs of experience

- Strong manufacturing experience with process excellence

- Teamwork Oriented

- Thorough and Organized
