About the Role
You will lead marketing for two founder-led products operating at the intersection of the creator economy and AI-powered productivity. One is an all-in-one monetization and delivery platform for creators, coaches, and educators powering live workshops, cohort courses, memberships, and communities with built-in video, payments, automations (email/WhatsApp), analytics, branded apps, and content protection. It is trusted by 6,700+ creators and has enabled $112M+ in creator sales.
The other is a single-subscription, multi-model AI workspace that lets users run prompts across multiple leading AI models, compare outputs side-by-side, and choose the best result. With features like automatic model selection, custom project modes, prompt enhancement, image generation, and audio transcription, it helps users work faster and produce higher-quality output.
Your role is to own growth, positioning, and distribution across both platforms, working closely with the founders to turn strong traction into category leadership.
What Youll Own:
- End-to-end growth and revenue marketing across paid, organic, partnerships, and creator-led channels
- Brand positioning and narrative across websites, launches, ads, and content
- Go-to-market strategy for new features, pricing, and product launches
- Creator- and community-driven growth loops (referrals, ambassadors, partnerships)
- Core growth metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, retention, and revenue contribution
- Building and leading a lean, high-performance marketing team
- Build and run a founder-led growth engine, using the founders social presence to drive product narratives, launches, and sustained inbound demand.

Who You Are
- 8-12+ years of experience in high-growth startups that have scaled rapidly (e.g., Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, or similar consumer/SaaS companies)
- Proven ownership of growth or revenue outcomes, not just marketing channels
- Strong command of performance marketing, funnels, lifecycle, and storytelling
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high accountability
- Bonus: Experience in creator economy platforms, SaaS subscriptions, or AI-driven products.
