About the Role

We are looking for a senior IT leader to drive enterprise technology, SAP, and digital transformation for a large consumer goods group with nationwide operations. This is a group-level role overseeing IT strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across multiple businesses and factories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the group-wide IT roadmap aligned with business growth.

- Lead SAP (S/4HANA preferred) implementation and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance.

- Drive digital transformation - automation, analytics/ML, DMS, CRM, and MIS reporting.

- Oversee infrastructure, cloud adoption, IT operations, and cybersecurity governance.

- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to deliver measurable business impact.

- Manage IT teams and vendors, ensuring governance and cost optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

- 14-20 years of IT leadership, with strong exposure to manufacturing/consumer goods/automotive/retail.

- Proven track record in SAP execution and transformation programs.

- Experience in factory IT, production systems, supply chain integration, and IT modernization.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with promoters/CXOs.

- Preference for candidates with roots in Tamil Nadu/Chennai or willingness to relocate. Tamil fluency mandatory.

Age ideally below 42 years.
