We're hiring for a Head of Growth- VP for a fast-growing D2C brand in Delhi NCR. We are looking for someone having experience in driving end-to-end revenue growth across D2C and online marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Own overall revenue growth across D2C, marketplaces, and retail channels, with accountability for topline and contribution margins.
- Define and execute growth strategy across performance marketing, website optimization, retention, marketplaces, and retail expansion.
- Lead performance marketing across paid channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and scalable growth.
- Drive D2C growth levers including traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, AOV improvement, and lifecycle marketing.
- Oversee retail growth initiatives including channel expansion, regional scaling, and store performance.
- Establish clear growth dashboards and metrics to track performance, unit economics, and ROI.
Requirement:
- 10-15 years of experience driving revenue growth in D2C or consumer-focused businesses.
- Proven success across performance marketing, marketplaces, and conversion-led growth.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics, funnels, attribution, and unit economics.
- Experience owning revenue targets in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
