Role & responsibilities:
- As part of the Group HR Leadership, the Vice President - Corporate HR will anchor end-to-end people strategy and execution across the Group. This role will demand both strategic vision and operational depth in HR, with strong exposure to plant/industrial relations, corporate HR systems, and people development.
- The incumbent will drive HR strategy, institutionalize robust systems, and lead transformation in areas of talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, L&D, employee engagement, IR, and HR digitization, ensuring alignment with business growth and future expansion plans.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate must be a MBA(HR) with 20+ Years of relevant experience and working as Corporate Head HR for minimum 2 - 5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership abilities and strategic Corporate HR & IR planning.
- Role will be at HO - Corporate office and manage the Corporate role. Location is based in Central-Northern region of Karnataka.
