Position Title: Vice President Group Investor Relations & Performance Monitoring/ Reporting

Job Purpose:

The role will be required to lead company-level investor relations initiatives across the organization including that of the unlisted subsidiaries. In addition, the role will also entail overseeing the financial performance of subsidiaries and other strategic initiatives such as financial modelling, benchmarking, etc. for M&A transactions.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Investor relations (IR): Delivering IR deliverables, expanding analyst coverage, managing investor interactions, and leading roadshow preparation.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Reviewing subsidiary performance, driving peer benchmarking, and overseeing capital management reporting.

- Regulatory & Accounting Standards: Supporting IFRS 17 implementation and RBC review.

- Other deliverables: Financial modeling, M&A due diligence, and feasibility studies for new projects.

Skills and Knowledge:

- Educational Qualifications: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

- Functional Skills: Valuation models, financial modelling, IFRS/ Ind AS knowledge, strategic & analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and regulatory acumen.
