Role Overview:

As the VP - Group Investor Relations & Performance Monitoring, you will serve as the primary bridge between the organization's leadership and the global investment community. You will be responsible for crafting the equity story, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and overseeing the rigorous monitoring of group-wide financial and operational performance. Working closely with the Group CFO, Board members, and institutional investors, you will translate intricate business data into actionable insights that drive valuation and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly influence the company's market perception, capital allocation strategies, and long-term shareholder value, ensuring that our financial narrative remains transparent, compelling, and aligned with our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end investor relations strategy, including quarterly earnings preparation, investor roadshows, and analyst briefings to ensure consistent and accurate market communication.

- Oversee the group-wide performance monitoring framework by integrating financial reporting with advanced data analytics to provide leadership with a real-time pulse on business health.

- Drive the corporate strategy agenda by synthesizing financial analysis and market intelligence to support capital structure optimization and long-term investment planning.

- Manage high-stakes relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies to maintain transparency and build long-term credibility in the capital markets.

- Spearhead the transformation of MIS and Business Intelligence systems to automate reporting workflows, thereby enhancing the speed and accuracy of management decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to align operational KPIs with strategic financial goals, ensuring accountability and performance excellence across the group.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex investor relations programs and navigating capital markets, supported by a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.

- Proven ability to synthesize vast amounts of financial data into clear, strategic narratives for diverse stakeholders, including Board members and external institutional investors.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and maintaining composure during high-pressure market events.

- Advanced proficiency in leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive performance management and operational efficiency.

- Strong strategic finance acumen with a track record of leading corporate finance initiatives, including capital raising, M&A support, or investor outreach.

- A postgraduate degree in Finance or an MBA from a premier business school is preferred, complemented by 15 to 18 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or investor relations.

- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, on-site work environment in Pune, demonstrating the agility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced corporate setting.
