Vice President - Global Supply Chain - Pharmaceuticals

We're Hiring | VP - Global Supply Chain | Mumbai

We are looking for a senior supply chain leader for a confidential leadership opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end global supply chain operations across multiple regions.

- Drive global planning, demand and supply planning, procurement, external supply, logistics, and inventory management.

- Ensure continuity of supply, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and working capital management.

- Lead global teams and collaborate with senior business stakeholders, suppliers, and external manufacturing partners.

- Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical quality, regulatory, and international trade requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain.

- Experience working with a leading pharma organization, preferably among the top 10 pharmaceutical companies.

- Strong global supply chain exposure, preferably within generic pharmaceuticals.

- Expertise in global planning, procurement, external supply, logistics, and supply chain strategy.

- Experience managing senior teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Experience in injectables is an added advantage.
