Role & Responsibilities:
- Pharma API Sales & Marketing for all international geographies covering USA, Europe, UK and ROW Markets.
- Planning and implementing budgets preparing marketing plan and budget pricing policy in product development and achieving market to generate business and new markets.
- Develop Sales & Marketing team and mentor / guide them.
- Prepare brand content such as promotional material Medical and marketing presentations procure publish material and to respond to medical and marketing queries.
- Prepare budgeting pricing policy, marketing plans and Regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and implement strategies, making presentation and periodic reports.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA in marketing with 15-20 years Experience in API Sales & Marketing covering USA, Europe, UK and ROW Markets.
- Should have an active network and working relationship with the procurement professionals and decision makers in large pharma formulation companies across the geographies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business networking skills.
- Knowledge of international regulations relevant to API sales.
- Experience with sales reporting and analytics.
- Ability to travel extensively internationally for meetings and business development.
