Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic executive to lead global procurement, Finance & Accounting shared services, and Oracle Fusion-enabled finance transformation. The role will drive enterprise value across technology and non-technology procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier governance, operational excellence, and digital process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Global Procurement Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute global procurement strategy across technology and non-technology spend.

- Build category strategies and sourcing frameworks aligned to business goals, value realization, risk mitigation, and supplier resilience.

- Drive spend governance, procurement compliance, transformation, and operating efficiency across the enterprise.

2. Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiations:

- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers, technology providers, consulting firms, and managed service partners.

- Manage key non-technology categories, including facilities, real estate, travel, marketing, HR services, professional services, logistics, office administration, and corporate services.

- Deliver savings, cost avoidance, contract optimization, benchmarking, and supplier performance improvement.

3. Finance & Accounting Shared Services Leadership:

- Lead Finance & Accounting Shared Services across AP, T&E, vendor payments, controls, and compliance.

- Drive service excellence through SLAs, productivity metrics, process standardization, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Build a high-performing service delivery organization focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

4. Finance Transformation & Oracle Fusion Enablement:

- Partner with the Transformation Office to drive end-to-end finance transformation.

- Lead Oracle Fusion adoption, enhancements, process optimization, reporting, governance, and controls.

- Drive automation, workflow optimization, analytics, and measurable business benefit realization.

- Drive AI in Finance agenda.

5. Stakeholder & Executive Relationship Management:

- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders across Procurement, Finance, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Business Functions.

- Partner with senior leaders to identify value, efficiency, and transformation opportunities.

- Present strategy, performance updates, and transformation outcomes to executive forums.

6. Leadership & Talent Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing global teams across procurement and finance operations.

- Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, coaching, and succession planning.

7. Risk Management, Governance & Compliance:

- Establish governance frameworks across procurement and finance operations.

- Manage third-party, supplier concentration, compliance, operational control, audit, and regulatory risks.

- Strengthen financial and procurement controls to reduce operational risk.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

- MBA from a reputed institution preferred.

Experience:

- 25+ years of progressive leadership experience in Procurement, Finance Operations, Shared Services, and Transformation.

- Proven negotiations experience across technology, cloud, SaaS, professional services, and indirect procurement categories.

- Experience leading AP, T&E, Oracle Fusion finance transformation, and enterprise process redesign.

- Experience operating in multinational, matrixed stakeholder environments.
