Description:



Our Client is seeking an experienced Vice President Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, with a primary mandate to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration Globally, with a major focus on North America region.



This executive role partners closely with Sales, Practice Leaders, and the Executive Team to position the Client as a market leader in managed services, digital transformation, and technology advisory offerings, while delivering measurable business impact across pipeline, conversion, and market expansion.



The role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with clear accountability for marketing ROI and contribution to business growth.



Key Outcomes of the Role:



- Build and scale a predictable demand generation engine for North America



- Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced revenue growth



- Improve pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and deal acceleration



- Strengthen brand visibility and market credibility with mid-market and enterprise buyers



Key Responsibilities:



Demand Generation & Revenue Growth:



- Own and execute Global demand generation strategy, aligned with revenue and growth targets.



- Drive pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital marketing, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).



- Partner with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and win rates.



- Support new logo acquisition, account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and customer retention initiatives.



Go-to-Market & Brand Strategy:



- Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy aligned with priority industries, offerings, and buyer personas.



- Strengthen the Clients brand positioning as a trusted services and transformation partner.



- Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets including case studies, thought leadership, sales collateral, and PR content.



Integrated Campaigns & Digital Marketing:



- Lead multi-channel marketing programs across digital, content, website, SEO, events, and field marketing.



- Ensure strong alignment between brand marketing, demand marketing, and sales enablement.



- Optimize website and digital properties to maximize inbound demand and conversion performance.



Marketing Operations, Analytics & Performance:



- Define and track KPIs aligned to business outcomes (pipeline contribution, ROI, CAC, conversion rates).



- Lead marketing operations including data management, dashboards, reporting, and attribution models.



- Continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.



Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:



- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team.



- Act as a trusted partner to Sales, Practices, and Executive Leadership.



- Drive internal communications to ensure alignment with strategy, priorities, and brand narrative.



Desired Experience & Background:



- 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director/VP).



- Strong expertise in B2B demand generation and revenue-focused marketing, particularly for North America Region.



- Deep understanding of technology services, managed services, and consulting-led business models.



- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.



- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder influence, and leadership skills.



- Strong command of marketing technology, analytics, and performance optimization.
