About the Role:

The VP - Global Enterprise Sales (Warehouse Automation) will drive strategic deal creation and enterprise customer acquisition for Automate-Robotics across global markets. Operating centrally from Pune, this role will work closely with regional sales teams to open new opportunities, support complex deal cycles, and help close large enterprise engagements.

This role requires a strong hunter mindset, deep expertise in solution-based selling, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across operations, logistics, and supply chain organizations.

In addition to pursuing strategic deals, this role will serve as a sales subject matter expert (SME) across the organization, helping strengthen sales capability, deal quality, and execution discipline across global sales teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Enterprise Sales:

- Identify and pursue large enterprise opportunities across global markets

- Lead the opening and shaping of high-value strategic deals

- Engage with senior stakeholders including COOs, logistics leaders, and operations heads

- Support regional sales teams in navigating complex sales cycles and closing enterprise deals

- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and key industry stakeholders

Global Sales Support:

- Work closely with regional sales teams to support major accounts and large opportunities

- Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution discussions

- Provide expertise in structuring complex deals including solution positioning and commercial strategy

- Support RFP responses, enterprise negotiations, and strategic account engagements

Sales Excellence & Capability Building:

- Act as a sales SME across the organization

- Mentor and coach sales teams on enterprise selling techniques

- Help refine opportunity qualification frameworks and deal strategies

- Conduct internal training sessions to strengthen sales capability across teams

- Share best practices to improve win rates and sales effectiveness

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights:

- Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

- Identify emerging opportunities in warehouse automation and logistics technology markets

- Work with product and leadership teams to align sales strategy with market demand

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hunter mindset with proven enterprise deal creation ability

- Deep expertise in solution-based B2B enterprise sales

- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

- Strong commercial negotiation and deal structuring capability

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills

- Ability to influence and guide global teams without direct authority

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in engineering, Business, or related field. Ideally from a Top Institute.

- 12-18+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic business development, or revenue leadership roles

- Proven experience closing large and complex enterprise deals

- Experience working with global customers and international markets

- Exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, supply chain technology, industrial automation, or enterprise technology platforms preferred

- Experience selling into operations, logistics, or supply chain organizations is highly desirable
