Job Description : The VP will be responsible for the management of the Center of Excellence (COE), the COEs people, processes, and alignments. The VP will work with established shared services departments and COE heads to drive sales and expansion of the individual CoEs and BUs from scratch. 1. Current work span includes 150+ people, managing the CoEs for a deep tech company 2. Will be the single point of contact for partners - solutions, capability, continuous improvements, hiring, and managing utilization across BUs. 3. Works with partners to build resource projections and manage monthly financials. 4. Will work continuously to improve partner and customer satisfaction. 5. Oversee and manage the company's Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities related to technology and innovation. 6. Lead CoE sales initiatives in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Prompt engineering, and DevSecOps. 7. Drive sales and business development efforts in the USA, leveraging technical expertise and market understanding. 8. Provide solution architecture and consultative sales approaches to meet client needs and expand business opportunities. 9. Strong ability to build consensus and drive decisions. The Successful Applicant : 1. Strong Delivery Management skills - in-depth experience of managing multiple parallel projects and programs. 2. Strong experience of managing Schedule, quality, budget, estimation, architecture, technical performance, processes, people, hiring, building capability for tomorrow etc. 3. Should have strong experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Prompt engineering, and DevSecOps and have good understanding of Digital Transformation ecosystems. 4. Certifications in Cloud, SAFe Agile and DevOps would be an added advantage. Strong customer management skills 5. 15+ years of IT experience that includes hands on experience in SDLC, large program delivery management, process management, governance, risk, estimation, technical reviews, solution architecture definition. 6. 5+ years of experience in directly or indirectly managing large span (150+ team members) Experience in managing projects with tech stacks involving Data, Generative AI, Machine Learning Operations, Prompt engineering, and DevSecOps etc. 7.
