Role Overview:

The role is a Senior client-facing leader who advises C-level clients on critical global services decisions. The role covers location optimization, governance structures, workforce strategy, outsourcing and offshoring models, and cost optimization. The Vice President will shape the strategy and growth of these capabilities, lead complex advisory engagements, and build trusted relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, service providers, GCC/GBS organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute a multi-year GBS roadmap that aligns operational capabilities with long-term corporate objectives to ensure sustainable scalability.

- Oversee the end-to-end performance of global service centers, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including the deployment of AI and RPA solutions, to reduce operational overhead and improve process accuracy.

- Cultivate high-performing, diverse teams across multiple time zones, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to regional leadership to ensure service delivery remains consistent with local regulatory and business requirements.

- Implement robust governance and risk management frameworks to safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance across all global service delivery functions.

Required Skillset:

We are looking for a Senior Leader to help grow the practice. The individual should possess:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in management consulting, business research, corporate strategy, or a related professional services environment

- A Bachelor's degree from a well-regarded college; an MBA is preferred (from a Tier-1 Business School)

- Significant experience with strategy or management consulting firms, corporate strategy teams within service providers, or strategy groups in Global Business Services or Global Capability Centers

- Deep knowledge of the Location Strategy, GBS, Global Business Services, Outsourcing and Offshoring industry, with the ability to interpret market trends and advise senior executives on their implications

- Proven ability to lead large, complex client engagements and influence C-level stakeholders

- A strong record of building and expanding senior client relationships

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively across practices and functions

- Willingness to travel as required
