
Role Overview:
- The VP - Global Enterprise Registrations & Licensing is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strategically managing and executing all aspects of enterprise registrations and licensing across global markets.
- This individual will collaborate extensively with legal, compliance, product, sales, and regional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, optimize licensing strategies, and facilitate business expansion into new territories.
- The role directly impacts the company's ability to operate legally and effectively in diverse global markets, enabling revenue generation, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of compliance and ethical business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global enterprise registration and licensing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead and manage a team of regulatory affairs professionals responsible for securing and maintaining necessary licenses and registrations across various jurisdictions.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of all registration and licensing applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to relevant regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to stay informed of emerging trends and potential regulatory changes.
- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with registration and licensing requirements across all departments and functions.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams on regulatory requirements related to product promotion and advertising.
- Manage the budget for the global enterprise registration and licensing function, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory licensing and compliance, with a deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks and requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective registration and licensing strategies in a complex, multi-national environment.

- Degree in a relevant field such as law, regulatory affairs, or business administration; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on enterprise registrations and licensing.
- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Pune.
