Description:

Position - Vice President / GM Business Development

Location: Delhi

Exp: 10+ Years in Media, Broadcasting, Advertising

Industry: Prior experience in Media, Broadcasting, Advertising, or Marketing Services preferred.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Business Expansion & Growth Strategy:

- Build, scale, and operationalize new business units within company.

- Formulate and execute growth strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line performance.

- Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities across OOH, transit, and digital media platforms.

- Develop go-to-market plans and penetration strategies for new regions and client segments.

2. P&L Management & Revenue Diversification:

- Lead and expand existing P&L operations through strategic business initiatives and alliances.

- Drive annual revenue generation of 1520 Crores through structured sales planning.

- Develop and manage supplementary P&L streams to strengthen profitability.

- Oversee business forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Strengthen and expand relationships with national clients, advertising agencies, and channel partners.

- Drive client satisfaction through customized solutions, transparent delivery, and service excellence.

- Represent company in high-level client discussions, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure campaign efficiency and client success.

4. Leadership & Team Development:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team across regions.

- Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture rooted in accountability and innovation.

- Coach emerging leaders to align business objectives with company vision and values.

- Establish performance benchmarks and incentive structures that motivate excellence.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning:

- Establish alliances with media owners, aggregators, and tech partners to enhance service reach.

- Develop strategies to strengthen brand visibility and leadership within the OOH media space.

- Continuously analyze market dynamics, competitor movements, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

- Represent the company in industry associations, forums, and conferences to position as an innovation leader.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Proven ability to generate and manage 15 to 20 Crores+ annual business.

- Strong strategic planning, execution, and revenue management expertise.

- Complete P&L ownership experience with deep financial and analytical acumen.

- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, innovation, and operational excellence.

- Expertise in business development, consulting, and crafting customized media solutions.

- Outstanding leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
