Experience: - 15+ years of exp for VP, - 12+ years of exp for GM profile, - 10+ years of exp for AGM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned VP Sales & Marketing with extensive experience in the Generic Pharma segment. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership capabilities, deep market understanding, and proven expertise in driving sales growth, distributor engagement, and P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1) Industry Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Generic Pharma segment.

- Preferred experience working with leading Generic divisions of companies.

- Candidates from Ethical Pharma background are eligible for this role.

2) Distributor & Channel Expertise:

- Strong and established network with Generic Pharma Distributors/C&As across India.

- Excellent rapport within the ecosystem; knowledge of Class A stockists in capital cities is an added advantage.

3) Geographical Exposure:

- Must have extensively handled markets in South India, Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, and West Bengal.

- Proven success in driving sales in these regions.

4) Leadership & Team Management:

- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams.

- Capable of driving a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.

5) Analytical & Decision-Making Skills:

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to take quick, data-driven decisions.

- Ability to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.

6) Product Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of fast-moving Generic Pharma products and market demand patterns.

7) P&L Orientation:

- Strong P&L ownership with the ability to drive profitability.

- Expected to ensure a minimum of 75% EBITDA through effective sales and collection control.

8) Operational Skills:

- Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and reporting systems.

- Strong command over sales operations, collection management, forecasting, and market analytics.
