Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - GenAI Strategy & Business Transformation to drive enterprise-wide Generative AI adoption and business transformation initiatives within financial services organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI strategy, business transformation, enterprise technology adoption, and delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.

The role involves partnering with senior business leaders, technology teams, and risk and compliance stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, develop implementation roadmaps, and scale GenAI solutions from pilot projects to production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- GenAI Strategy & Adoption: Define and execute enterprise GenAI strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

- Business Transformation: Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

- Enterprise AI Implementation: Drive AI initiatives from proof of concept (PoC) to production, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.

- Financial Services Expertise: Partner with banking, investment management, risk, compliance, operations, and other business functions to identify high-impact AI use cases.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, business heads, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive AI-led transformation.

- AI Product & Platform Strategy: Evaluate and implement enterprise AI platforms, LLM solutions, copilots, and AI-powered business applications.

- Risk, Governance & Compliance: Establish responsible AI practices, data privacy controls, model risk management, and governance frameworks in line with financial industry requirements.

- Change Management: Drive organizational readiness, employee enablement, and adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.

- Business Value & ROI: Define KPIs, track adoption metrics, measure productivity improvements, and demonstrate return on investment from AI initiatives.

- Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Monitor developments in GenAI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI architecture to identify opportunities for business transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.

- Proven experience leading Generative AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, or large-scale AI transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI applications.

- Experience taking AI initiatives from experimentation and pilot stages through production deployment and enterprise-wide adoption.

- Strong understanding of financial services business processes, including banking, investment banking, asset management, risk, compliance, or financial operations.

- Experience in AI governance, data privacy, information security, and responsible AI practices within regulated environments.

- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and program leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in global financial institutions, investment banks, asset management firms, FinTech organizations, or leading consulting firms.

- Experience working with enterprise AI platforms and cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Exposure to AI product management, enterprise architecture, operating model transformation, and large-scale change management.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex transformation programs across multiple business units or geographies.
