Vice President - FX Settlement - Investment Bank

Description:

- Role: FX Settlement VP

- Experience: 15+ years (VP to VP / Strong Tenured AVP can be considered)

- Products: Fixed Income Settlements

- Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST)

- Location: Mumbai (Local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end FX Settlements operations with a strong focus on client & employee experience

- Drive operational excellence with a high control and risk mindset

- Manage senior stakeholder interactions with executive presence

- Lead strategic planning, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives

- Proactively manage operational risk, audits, and regulatory requirements

- Translate data into meaningful business insights and metrics

- Build a strong risk, control, and governance culture across operations

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of relevant Settlements / Operations experience

- Deep understanding of the Securities Trade Lifecycle

- Strong background in Settlements Operations

- High ethical standards and control mindset

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Technical / Analytical Skills (Good to Have):

- Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Robotics, Automation, Machine Learning

- Strong analytical mindset with experience creating dashboards for senior management
