Vice President - Fundraising - Equity Side - Investment Banking Team

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the role of Equity Fundraising within our Investment Banking team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing fundraising mandates, preparing investor materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the Equity fundraising, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Pre-IPO Placements support lending book growth and balance sheet expansion.

- Prepare the Pitch books, Financial Models, Valuation Analysis.

- Identify and connect with institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, and strategic investors.

- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage transaction documentation.

- Conduct industry research, market mapping, and financial analysis.

- Oversee preparation of lender presentations, financial models, portfolio performance reports, and due diligence materials.

- Monitor funding pipeline, sanction limits, capital adequacy, and market conditions to ensure timely capital availability.

Key Skills:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / Equivalent qualification preferred.

- 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Fundraising, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets.

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Knowledge of fundraising structures and capital markets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
