Vice President - Fundraising & Investor Relations - Alternate Investments

Role Overview:

Leading alternate investment management firm focused on large clients, family offices and institutional investors is seeking a senior professional to lead fundraising and investor relations. The role will manage fundraising for Category II and Category III funds, build and maintain Limited Partner relationships, and drive engagement with family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional investors. The position requires strong industry relationships, fundraising experience and an established Limited Partner network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage fundraising processes for Category II and Category III funds.

- Build and strengthen relationships with Limited Partners, family offices, high net worth individuals and institutional investors.

- Manage communication and engagement with prospective and existing investors through the fundraising cycle.

- Develop and maintain a strong network across the Limited Partner ecosystem and distribution channels.

- Manage investor engagement, closing processes and ongoing investor requirements.

- Lead prospective investor meetings and coordinate with internal teams on investor communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in alternate investments, private equity, investment banking, wealth management, family office or similar institutions.

- Proven experience contributing to or leading fundraises.

- Strong network and relationships with Limited Partners, family offices and institutional investors.

- Good understanding of the Limited Partner ecosystem, distribution channels and investor engagement cycle.

- Postgraduate qualification with strong academic credentials; finance, economics or business preferred.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
