VP FUND RAISING
Looking for seasoned Fund Raising Professionals to lead capital raising initiatives for the i-RISE platform. The incumbent will be responsible for independently driving fundraising mandates, developing long-term investor relationships, and mobilizing capital from institutional and strategic investors for investment opportunities across Infrastructure, Energy, Real Estate, and related alternative investment sectors.
This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with the Founder and senior leadership in building one of India's emerging investment platforms focused on asset creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fundraising activities for the platform.
- Raise capital from institutional investors, Family Offices, UHNWIs, pension funds, sovereign funds, insurance companies, corporates, and strategic investors.
- Build and nurture long-term investor relationships across India.
- Develop fundraising strategies aligned with the firm's investment objectives.
- Prepare and present investment opportunities, fund strategies, and investor presentations.
- Manage investor due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and fund closure processes.
- Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, and leadership teams throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
- Expand and strengthen the firm's investor network and market presence.
- Track fundraising pipeline, commitments, and investor engagement activities.
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of experience in Fund Raising, Capital Raising, or Investor Relations.
- Demonstrated experience in raising institutional capital independently.
- Strong exposure to Infrastructure, Energy, Real Estate, Alternative Investments, or Private Markets.
- Established relationships with institutional investors and strategic capital providers.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of AIF structures, Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, and investment products.
- Proven track record of successful fund closures.
- Stable career progression with reputed organizations.
- Preferred Age: Around 42 years.
