Position: Vice President - Fintech Partnerships (Bonds & Fixed Income)

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships across fintech platforms, distributors, aggregators, and institutional channels. The incumbent will drive business growth by onboarding partners, expanding product distribution, and increasing adoption of bonds, fixed-income, and FD-like investment products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with fintech platforms, distributors, and institutional channels.

- Drive business development initiatives focused on bonds, fixed-income, and investment products.

- Expand product reach and distribution through partner ecosystems.

- Negotiate and close partnership agreements to achieve business growth objectives.

- Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.

- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / Graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
