Description:
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute continuous improvement strategies.
- Lead digital and automation initiatives, including Digital Twin deployments.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement and transformation opportunities.
- Ensure operational governance, risk management, and delivery on key initiatives.
- Build and mentor teams to strengthen capabilities in digital and process excellence.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Process Excellence, and Six Sigma methodologies in F&A.
- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of AI / ML / cloud analytical automation
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership in complex environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate / MBA from a reputed institute.
- 15 -25 years of experience in F&A, All towers in leading Consulting, OR IT services OR Shared Service,
- Global exposure in transformation initiatives and automation deployment preferred.
