- Ensure Compliances with the regulatory Guidelines, rules and regulations.

- Managing Books of Accounts and responsible for preparation and maintenance of financial statements and regulatory reporting

- Adherence to Accounting Standards, Companies Act, SEBI LODR etc

- IND AS Knowledge for implementation of IND AS in the Company.

- Handling Audits and coordinating with various stakeholders for smooth conduct of business

- Emphasis of Process efficiency and Automation of reports and process

- Computation and tracking of Solvency Margin and carrying out various analysis along with variance analysis of financial data.

- Assist in the preparation of strategic and financial business models aligned with organizational goals.

- Regularly review and adapt financial strategies based on market, operational, and regulatory shifts.
