Title : VP - Finance

Qualification and Experience : Qualified CA's with at least 12-15+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Reporting and Operational Progress. Looking for some from Real Estate/Construction/Infra industry as a preference

Key Areas:

Budgeting and Forecasting.

- A critical function of the VP of Finance is to oversee the entire budgeting process, from drafting initial budgets to monitor.

- Effective cash flow management is vital to maintain the liquidity and operational integrity of the company, managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance and support business operations

Accounting reports and analysis.

- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Managing cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation

- Financial Reporting. The VP of Finance ensures that all financial reporting is timely, precise, and compliant with regulatory requirements and standards.

Forecasting:

- A vice president of finance often uses forecasting tools to create efficient financial strategies, conducting forecasting and planning activities and completing ad hoc projects. Communicating the company's actual performance versus budgets and objectives.

Team Leadership and Development :

- As a finance department leader, the VP of Finance mentors and manages a team of finance professionals, The finance VP tends to bridge that divide: they must have the accounting bona fides of controllers and the leadership skills of a CFO.

Risk Management :

- This executive is responsible for identifying, analysing, and mitigating internal and external financial risks, Risk Management: Managing financial risk is a critical function for a Vice President of Finance.

- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Managing cash flow, Financial Planning & Analysis: Assessing an organization's financial performance, developing budgets, forecasts.

Their role is to oversee and direct the company's financial operations and report to the CFO. They strive to create a solid foundation, reporting on time.

Location: Noida

Budget: Attractive in the range of 50lpa or more (negotiable purely based on past experience, skills)

Local residents preferred or those who can relocate and can join immediately.
