Required Skills :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side mandates.

- Partner with private equity clients and corporates to evaluate investment opportunities and business performance.

- Drive cross-border transaction services, ensuring alignment with global best practices.

- Manage carve-out assignments, advising on deal structuring and execution challenges.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Indian clients, providing strategic insights and building trusted relationships.

- Lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business opportunities and contribute to practice growth.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence.

- Strong background in private equity, buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs, and cross-border transactions.

- Proven front-end client experience with Indian corporates and PE firms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, and deliver under pressure.

- Professional qualifications such as CA only.
