Vice President - Financial Control

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our Financial Control & Regulatory Reporting (FCR) team. This Vice President role offers the opportunity to lead financial reporting across multiple APAC regions while driving innovation and digital transformation within a dynamic global finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial and regulatory reporting for Asia (Singapore, HK, Korea, Australia, Taiwan)

- Oversee regional group consolidation, audits, and compliance

- Partner with global teams on transformation and fintech-driven initiatives

- Interpret and implement global standards (USGAAP, IFRS)

- Promote governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

- 12+ years of experience in Investment Banking/Financial Services

- Expertise in financial control, MAS/IFRS/USGAAP reporting

- Strong leadership, audit & stakeholder management

- Digital mindset comfortable with Excel, Power BI, process automation

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CS or equivalent
